The new knob is the gear switch. Use the knob to shift gears. After starting the car and igniting it, the gear will automatically increase. After turning off the engine, this knob will decrease. elvpart
 
If the following fault phenomena occur:
If the knob cannot be raised or raised slowly, it can be said that it is usually caused by aging of the motor. Disassembling it and replacing it with a new motor can mostly solve the problem
